Simplifications in authorization to achive PNIEC goals

Simplify the authorization process for wind power plants in order to give a boost to the achievement of the PNIEC objectives, establish a Steering Committee at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, provide support mechanisms and support for the sector, establish specific tools for the development of the Power Purchase Agreement, amend and update Annex II of Ministerial Decree 10-9-2010 "Guidelines for the authorization of plants powered by renewable sources" to allow that in the territories the compensation funds can also be used for cultural enhancement projects or social activities so as to facilitate the involvement of local political actors and avoid conflicting relationships with the territories, so as to make the wind sector an economic, industrial and cultural response to the energy crisis and the necessary process of decarbonization of the economy. These are the issues that we will address with leading energy sector representatives.
