ENTRANCE WITH CAR FOR DISCHARGE THE MATERIALS
During the exhibtion it is possible to access the fairground, with cars, to discharge the materials for a maximum time of 60 minutes with a deposit of € 100.00.

For discharge of materials is also available a hand trolley service with a deposit of € 100.00 and maximum for 60 minutes.

Access by stand fitters is not allowed.

ACCESS WITH CARS DURING SETTING UP TIMES
During the setting up times cars are not allowed to enter the fairground.
Cars must park in car park areas near the entrances.
For discharge of materials is available a hand trolley service with a deposit of € 100.00 and maximum for 60 minutes.

DELIVERY SERVICE
The days 21-22 March 2023 (8am - 6pm) in the entrances is available a delivery service. 
Items must:
• Be already packaged (otherwise they cannot be moved)
• Be Maximum 15Kg. each
• To contain a label with company name, pavilion and stand number.
Your items will be delivered to your stand without additional costs.

Removal of samples from the stand

PLEASE REMEMBER

RESERVED AREA – Access management – Slot booking: in this area you can book a slot for your vehicle (van – truck – artic) and carry out loading and unloading work. By booking a slot, you obtain an access pass for the vehicle (during the setting up and dismantling times)

RESERVED AREA – Access management – Staff registration: in this area, you must indicate all the staff requiring access to your stand during set-up and dismantling work and you will receive an access pass for each of them.

STAFF REGISTRATION

It is necessary to register all the people who will have to access the district during the set-up phases. Registration must be done in the "LOGISTICS - STAFF REGISTRATION" section in the exhibitor reserved area; after registration, print the relevant pass with QR code and present it to the staff present at the entrances.
For dismantling, the same passes used in setting up can be used.

It is important to send the proxy to your stand fitter so that he can register his staff.
The proxy is always carried out from the exhibitor reserved area, LOGISTICS / STAFF REGISTRATION section; at the bottom of the page, the "STAND FITTING METHOD" must be completed, indicating "stand set up by your own stand fitter" and choosing your stand fitter from the list.

SLOT RESERVATION

The entry into the district of the vehicles that have to unload during the setting up times is subject to the reservation of the "slot" which can be made from the "LOGISTICS - SLOT BOOKING" section in the exhibitor reserved area; after booking, print the relevant pass with QR code and present it at the check-in area.
