ENEA Observatory on Energy Communities, promoted by ENEA and presented in the 2023 edition of Key Energy, relies on a network of more than 50 entities, including local PAs, utilities, technology providers, energy companies, research institutions, associations, and professional firms. Main goals are to analyse the entire value chain of RECs creation and management, to identify critical issues, to contribute to the definition of policies, standards, and best practices and to support PA, citizens, and companies in this new energy and management challenge with environmental, economic, and social impacts.
The Observatory analyses multidisciplinary aspects and the regulatory evolution within thematic working groups dedicated to the entire CER process and represents an opportunity for discussion among stakeholders in a context that still presents many questions and uncertainties.
