The Offshore Wind Industry is experiencing significant growth. Our Belgian companies, are leaders in the construction and maintenance of offshore wind farms worldwide.

Starting from 2026, this position will be further strengthened by the expansion of new concessions with the Princess Elisabeth Zone (PEZ). "This means that all eyes will once again be on Belgium in the coming years, with a significant market growth expected," says Erwin Leys, Chairman of BOC.

Consequently, the Belgian Offshore Days, the meeting platform for offshore professionals in Belgium and beyond, will be bigger than ever. An expansion of available exhibition space was therefore necessary this year.

The Belgian Offshore Days provides a forum for the offshore wind sector and facilitates collaborations between Belgian and international companies.

The annual edition will take place on March 27-28 this year at Ostend Sea P'lace and promises to be the largest one yet. "This made the support of a professional partner necessary," Leys continues. "In Xpo Group, we found a solid partner with years of experience in exhibition organization."

The joint efforts of BOC and Xpo Group (JV Offshore Wind International) will not only focus on the Belgian Offshore Days. The JV also aims to organize exhibitions abroad. "This way, we increase our impact as a federation for Belgian Offshore players, in line with the growing needs of our BOC members."
