Laura Bellia: President of AIDI - University of Naples Federico II

Laura Bellia is President of the Italian Association of Illumination (AIDI), member of the Governing Board of the Commission Internationale de l’Èclairage (CIE) and Secretary of the CIE Division 6 (Photochemistry and Photobiology). She is full professor of Lighting Technology and Building Physics at the University of Naples Federico II.

Her research interests include lighting, daylighting, smart lighting systems and automatic controls, non-visual effects of lighting, lighting for cultural heritage, energy performance of lighting in buildings. She is author of more than 100 scientific publications about these topics. She participates in international research programs about indoor lighting quality and daylight harvesting and performs editorial activities as member of  Editorial Board and reviewer of international scientific Journals
