In the last few decades, global energy consumption has increased dramatically. This has triggered a debate on the limited availability of certain resources, and the need to combat the most harmful emissions, promote alternative energy sources and ensure greater energy efficiency. This concerns the industrial, public administration and construction sectors.
An important pillar of Key Energy's programme, energy efficiency has a dedicated pavilion within the exhibition space: Energy Efficiency, which is not only a physical space but a place for debate and growth, dedicated to technologies, systems and solutions that support and promote the intelligent use of energy resources.
Involving industries from various product sectors, Key Energy and in particular the Energy Efficiency pavilion is the meeting arena for technology manufacturers, finance providers and industrial groups, where they can see, study and test the best practices of those who have already embarked on the efficiency path.
The main sectors
- geothermal and heat pumps
- digitisation and energy management systems

The Sustainable Building Project was conceived through the partnership with Green Building Council Italia, which is attending Key Energy this year as a main partner.
A new themed area but also a reference platform for companies, professionals, builders, real estate and public and private stakeholders, whose priority is sustainable and green design.
The Sustainable Building District is an exhibition area where you can meet companies presenting products, services and solutions for sustainable building. It I intended to speed up the spread of a sustainable building culture with a view to enabling everyone to live in a way that respects the needs of man and the environment. It is the place to raise awareness and to receive quality information and training, through a carefully planned programme of events. At the same time, it is an opportunity to become part of a network, a community created to spread the know-how and culture of energy efficiency and the circular economy applied to the construction sector.
Green Building Council Italia is a non-profit association and part of the World GBC, a network present in 70 countries and the world’s biggest international organisation for the sustainable construction market.
