Key Energy Events

KEY ENERGY is the international reference point for fostering and accelerating the dissemination of renewable energy. It is a hub for discussion, new opportunities and updates on best practices and guidelines for the renewable and energy efficiency market. It is an international agenda covering renewable energy, storage, hydrogen, electric mobility and sustainable cities.

Thanks to the Scientific Commitee, the programme will include conferences, debates and discussion spaces dedicated to the most important national and international regulations and innovations. Furthermore, KEY ENERGY is a community catalyst ensuring constant interconnection and communication between players and stakeholders.

Key Energy

"Extremely high gas and electricity prices are causing turmoil on the energy markets. For this reason, energy efficiency measures and production from renewable sources must be encouraged to reduce dependence on Russian gas. After eight long years of deadlock, something is moving in Italy in solar and wind power generation, which both increased (solar: +9.9%, wind: +9%) in the first half of 2022. Photovoltaics saw the installation of just over 1 GW in the first half, with installations of 3-6 GW expected in the medium term. In the wind sector, there are more than 20 proposals for offshore wind, a solution that will see interesting growth in the second half of the decade. Energy efficiency measures in buildings thanks to the Superbonus and the outlook for Energy Communities are also important. Finally, investments in the hydrogen sector are starting to take off, and the electric car model offer is growing.
These topics will be discussed at the exhibition-convention KeyEnergy 2022 from 8 to 11 November 2022".
