WIND ENERGY INDUSTRY

Over the last few years, the wind energy industry in Italy seemed to have "got into the right gear", but in 2009 the wind energy installations carried out in Italy enabled the country to take sixth place worldwide, right after colossuses in this sector, such as Denmark and the United States.

To give more space to such a rapidly expanding sector, we are launching Key Wind



A new section entirely dedicated to the wind sector with well defined spaces, tailor-made advertising and a program of dedicated conferences organized by the ANEV. Moreover, the ANEV and Rimini Fiera - Key Energy  are also promoting the first Italian Master in Wind Energy, which will be held precisely during the expo.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

To achieve the objectives set by the European Community in the context of emission reduction, ensuring the efficiency of Italy´s energy distribution system and greater efficiency in end use is absolutely fundamental. Continuing in the direction taken in 2009, the next edition of Key Energy will therefore focus particular attention on this sector´s topics and dynamics and will do so by means of both conferences and a dedicated expo section.

CARBON ECONOMY & EMISSION TRADING

Following the success of the CARBON AREA initiative launched in 2009, the emission trading world will once again meet and network at KEY ENERGY. Organized and promoted in collaboration with the key association (AiLCE), CARBON AREA will be back in 2010 with a decidedly larger, more complete format. The project will involve the sector´s major organizations, from carbon credit market and trading management bodies, to the leaders of projects such as CDM, JI, etc. and from certification bodies to scientific centres for the study of emissions.
